Jim Gray was called to ministry at a young age.  While in his junior year of earning his bachelor’s degree in music education, he became the Worship Pastor for a small church in Colorado.  The church had only nineteen people in attendance.  Having a heart for the church and a passion to serve, Jim volunteered his time.  Over the next ten years, that church would grow from 19 people to over 3000.  But Jim had found a new gifting.  He was passionate about growing things: constructing buildings, designing auditoriums, and building congregations with Christ centered foundations.  He was astoundingly gifted at all three and loved every aspect of each.  It wasn't long before Jim took another calling to do just that in Dallas Texas. He took on the executive Pastor position at The Met Church and found himself designing another building while growing the congregation from 200 to over 3000 in just five years time.  Not long after that he moved to Houston Texas to take the lead to build and design a ten thousand seat auditorium with Grace Community Church.   In 2004, Jim moved back to Dallas to launch this new ministry, Jim Gray Group. Since then, he has worked with over sixty churches and still continues to add to that number. His team has been nominated for awards for their creative designs.  Jim has a calling  to hold up the arms of Pastors & leaders to create healthy cultures that grow their congregations not only numerically but spiritually as well.

In the Ministry Consulting Package we will come into a close consulting role with the ministry of the church. Jim is sensitive to

the unique ministry, calling, and abilities of your church. Once integrated, Jim will bring a number of issues into focus and greater clarity with the goal of releasing more of the full potential of this congregation with greater clarity

Jim has a special gift for helping Churches run over, around, and through opposition in a way that is loving but purposeful. Jim has a track record of helping churches make giant leaps forward where previously they had been stuck for many years.
